Cagayan de Oro is a first class highly urbanized city and the capital of the province of Misamis Oriental in the Philippines. It is a chartered city where governance is independent and separate from Misamis Oriental.

1. Tsada Kagay

Tsada Kagay - also known as the TK4 Tour - is the leading city tour in Cagayan de Oro. It provides the city tour for a maximum of 4 hours. Through this tour, you will be learning the historical views of the city while enjoying the scene and experiencing the hospitality and friendly approaches of the Kagay-anons. The trip contains the course of a 360 view of the Plaza Divisoria, Gaston Park, St. Augustine Cathedral, Tower of Cagayan de Oro known as the City Museum, Pasalubong Center, J.R. 2. Whitewater Rafting Adventure

There are 3 to 4 courses offered from whitewater rafting companies. Beginner course is P700.00 per person, and you will be experiencing a maximum of 3 hours in the Cagayan de Oro River. The next course is the advance course, goes on for 4 hours at P1,000.00. Some companies offer Advance II course for P1,200.00 per person. The last course is called the extreme course at P2,000.00. Viewing the scenes of Cagayan de Oro and Bukidnon is the highlight of this course. 3 to 4 ceritified guides will accompany you.

3. Night Cafe or Night Market

It start from 6pm until 3am. The live music, street foods, and cheap items can be found!

4. Sinuglaw

Cagayan de Oro provides the best Signuglaw using the regional recipe called "Tabon-tabon". Adding to the secret recipe of Tabon-tabon, Sinuglaw is the combination of two food: Sinugba and Kinilaw. Sinugba is a grilled pork meat that has been sliced or cut into chunks. Kinilaw is a raw fish being bathed in vinegar with ingredients of ginger, onion, salt, suha (Filippino lemon), and red chili pepper.
